Sense of Place

Visions of Long Island

My work is informed by studies crossing different disciplines and ideas that range from social issues to ecological imbalances. I am currently focused on the consequences of nitrogen pollution and plastic pollution affecting the local wetlands.

New Visions of Long Island, my on-going project, has led me into hidden places where the sacredness of the land is revealed in these paintings.
